1. Service Description

The Site is a community forum built around the ReChess game. Users can start threads, comment, like content, and create profiles. The service is operated as a non-profit community space.

2. Account Creation

You must create an account to post on the forum. You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. Account security is your responsibility. You accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

If you are under 18, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before creating an account.

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly forbidden on the Site:

• Any content violating the laws of the Republic of Turkey
• Content prohibited under Law No. 5651
• Insults, profanity, harassment, threats, or statements violating personal rights
• Racism, discrimination, or hate speech
• Sexual, obscene, or child-exploitation materials
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, or criminal activity
• Copyright infringement (sharing someone else's writing or images without permission)
• Spam, advertising, fraud, or chain messages
• Sharing personal data without consent (someone else's address, phone number, etc.)
• Attempts to damage the Site's technical infrastructure

4. Content Responsibility

You are legally responsible for all content you share. ReChess acts as a hosting provider under Law No. 5651 and has no obligation to pre-screen content. However, when illegal content is reported, it is reviewed within 24 hours at the latest and removed if necessary.

5. Content License

Content you share on the Site remains your copyright. However, you grant ReChess a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license so it can be displayed on the Site, read by other users, and backed up as needed.

6. Account Termination

Accounts of users violating these terms may be closed without warning and their content removed. You may also request closure of your own account at any time (via email).

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is". There is no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always accessible. ReChess cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Site.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Important changes are announced on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new terms.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction.
